It is the best coffee in the area! they have excellent services! they are very original, the quality of the coffee excellent, a nice and friendly decoration! they sell real coffee, specialty coffee are the only ones in the area!

Okay--picture this--true story: I get on a Red Eye at 11:30 pm in Los Angeles, CA non-stop to Newark, New Jersey. Plane lands at 7 AM and I did not get a wink of sleep. I rent a car and drive to the Bronx, NY to pick up my niece at 10 AM. I have to conduct an outside ceremony at a Cemetery in Farmingdale, Long Island at 2 PM in 34 degree weather. I am exhausted! What do you do? You open the YELP App and discover that the solution to this is to go into a State of FLUX! We drive over to FLUX in the monster SUV AVIS gave me (I rented a compact but they did not have any at the airport.) Got a lucky street space right in front. Run in from the cold and the owner brews up a fresh pot of dark roast and gives me an extra 1/3 cup of the left over from the prior batch to get started because he sees I am about to drop. 1/3 cup old and 1/2 cup from the new batch later--I am as awake and alert as an 8 hour sleeper. We stop at IHOP for Omelets and Pancakes and then off to the Cemetery. My orchestration of the ceremony went off genius--better than I expected. Impressed everyone. The coffee wired me up for two other key great stops ending my night in Nanuet, Rockland County at 10 PM--the first time getting to bed after being up for more than 36 hours with no sleep. I will definitely get into a state of FLUX my next time in Farmingdale.

Everyone was really nice behind the counter. Really chill spot in a nice area. They have seating with desks if you want to get some work done or barstools if you want to stare out the window and people watch while you have your coffee. They have some nice little trinkets and merch you could buy in the back. By the time I finished looking, my coffee was ready. Pretty quick service and the iced coffee was great on a hot day.

Warm day today so stopped in for an iced coffee. An amazing experience with a very friendly and helpful staff! Very nice modern shop with a cool large coffee cup (see pic). The ice coffee was great and refreshing. Looking forward to the weather where it turns super hot to grab another one!

We stopped here after a medical appointment for a quick coffee. Although kind of a small cup for the price the coffee was delicious! The guy working the front counter immediately directed us to the (many) flavors of lattes to help us make a selection. I had the dirty chai and my friend the lavender. We took ours to go but there was a cute and inviting little seating area if you wanted to stay.

I loved how clean Flux Coffee is behind the counter. Of course, the tables were clean as well and I noticed that the staff is always cleaning. They are incredibly friendly as well. This is what we ordered: Dirty Chai - it was delicious but could be stronger Vanilla latte - my friend said it was delicious Americano - my friend it was good Iced latte - it was delicious I'll be honest.. I enjoy strong coffee so if you're like me, I don't think this place is for you. The reason why I gave Flux 5 stars is because of the staff and it's a very clean cafe. I was very surprised how clean the restroom is and ladies...? they do have feminine hygiene products and I've never seen that before! You can find parking in the front and in the back. They have outlets where you can charge your phone, tablet, laptop (there were a lot of students...studying). There were a few dogs so I guess your furry friends are welcomed!

Flux is on the short list of great true coffee spots on Long Island. Their various single-origins coffees are among the best around, and I love that you can get it served as a pour-over right in the shop. They've become go-to source for buying beans for home brewing. Other things to love: Great vibe in the cafe, both indoor and outdoor seating; super friendly and knowledgable staff; fun menu of creative espresso drinks, including iced ones; and a great rotation of coffee roasts - even if you're in the mood for iced, they often have one of their single origins available and those truly hit different, IMHO.

Not sure if they plan this at all but the staff here all kind of have the same vibe and I love it. It's my Sunday morning go for a walk treat because no matter what time I leave my house know this is the destination. I also pick up beans and have them Ground here for the weekdays. They have a few selections to choose from. My go to is the lavender oat latte Or the toasted almond latte. Cute inside and nice outdoor patio space to sit and enjoy.
